Let me start off by saying that D’Angelo Investments has been a complete life saver for me. My troubles started a little over a year and a half ago with a failing business. I had built up a lot of debt and with the new job I had gotten I had much less money coming in. I sold a lot of my belongings to try to get caught back up and worked out a payment plan with the mortgage company. I was barely able to make it all work. Over half way through the payment plan year the adjustable rate jumped up and I could no longer afford to make ends meet. I tried for several months to talk with the mortgage company to try to get my payment to a place where I could afford it but got nowhere. I had received several letters in the mail from companies offering help to people in my situation, most asking for several thousand dollars (if I can’t make a mortgage how am I going to pay thousands of dollars for a service to get a lower payment, right?), well D’Angelo Investments did not charge me for the service. Not only did they not charge me but gave me better service than anyone I would have paid. When they took charge of my situation I immediately started to see steps in the right direction to get my payment down. This was a huge relief after being blown off by the mortgage company for several months. Eventually the mortgage company agreed to work with and my payment is now close to half of what I was originally paying. I could never have done this without D’Angelo Investments. Before we started working together I was mentally beat down and they gave me hope that I could still keep my home. Thanks again for all of your help and hard work, you guys truly are the best!

Thank you Paul, Lisa and the team at D’Angelo Investments for helping me with two successful short-sales. I defaulted on two properties in Saint Paul and I was struggling with non-paying tenants, irresponsible property managers, and the banks all at the same time without seeing any light at the end of the tunnel. I wanted to thank ALL of you for being the answer to my prayers! You don't even know how much you've lifted off my shoulders. My home was listed on the Market for 1 year with another realtor and never got an offer! With the experience you have in the housing market and dealing with lenders, you know the rules and regulations that we "normal" people wouldn't know. D'Angelo Investments has more knowledge in dealing with the lenders. They did all the communicating with the lender so I don't have to deal with the stress of calling them and informing them, or waiting on hold forever on the phone. Plus, they kept me informed every step of the way. They even helped me find a new place to live.
